Thus does L’Etiopia begin its exploration of Ethiopia’s socio-economic and agricultural sectors with vivid photos, color maps, and first-hand accounts. Produced in October 1935 by the Confederazione Fascista dei Lavoratori dell’Agricolutura, the stated aim of L’Etiopia is to serve as
“…A starting point to the general knowledge of the Ethiopian Empire. An honest and disinterested relationship on the things of that territory that the resolute will of Fascist Italy, strong of its good laws, day by day, approaches to our sensibilities.”
